Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Brozelonoz.world for Mirevo products. We stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date if:

  • The product is defective or does not meet quality standards.
  • The product arrived damaged in transit (with visible damage to packaging).
  • The product does not match the description on our website.
  • You received the wrong item.

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). In cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items, we may waive the return requirement and issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Contact us at admin@brozelonoz.world with your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting photos (e.g., damage).
  2. We will respond within 5 business days with instructions for return if a return is required.
  3. If approved, ship the product to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Please retain your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed beyond a minimal amount (e.g., one or two servings) unless defective.
  • Products returned without original packaging or in damaged packaging due to use.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
  • Change of mind or preference after opening the product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement containers unless the product is defective.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage in transit). In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same eligibility criteria as refunds. We will work with you to arrange the exchange and any applicable shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.
